Recruitment Week is your introduction to the brotherhood. Each night builds on the last, from informal introductions to the formal interview that determines bids. Below is the standard schedule. Refer to this semester's dates for exact times and locations.

Signal Intent to Join
Two info sessions are held the week before Recruitment Week. Sign up to stay in the loop on all Recruitment Week communications. If you can't make either session, reach out through the contact form on our website and we'll get you on the list.

Mon
Meet the Brotherhood
An informal evening to meet current members of the chapter and learn more about who we are, what we do, and why we joined. Come as you are — there's no dress code and no commitment. The anonymous interview link is sent out at the end of the night.

Tue
Anonymous Interview Due
Your written responses to the anonymous interview are due by midnight. These are reviewed without names attached and are required to continue in the pledge process — there is no extension and no exception.

Wed
Professional Night
Practice your interview skills with members of the brotherhood in a structured setting designed to mirror Friday's Interview Night. Expect real interview questions, real feedback, and a chance to refine your answers before they count.
Business casual attire required.

Thu
Interview Prep Night
Keep practicing with the professional committee in a smaller, more relaxed setting. This is the night to ask the questions you've been holding back, work through nerves, and lock in your answers for tomorrow.

Fri
Interview Night
Your formal interview with the brotherhood. This is the conversation that determines whether you receive a bid from AKPsi Omega Delta. Arrive early, bring your full self, and treat it like the real thing — because it is.
Business professional attire required.
